Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to a courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns

TimeLux India follows a strict no-return policy except in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong product delivered

To claim a return or replacement, customers must provide:

  1. A complete 360-degree unboxing video.
  2. The courier tracking label must be clearly visible.
  3. The video must show the package from unopened condition through complete opening.
  4. The video must be continuous and unedited.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund consideration.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

• Opened perfumes
• Opened perfume oils
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products showing signs of usage
• Products without original packaging
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Incorrect orders placed by customers

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after verification and approval.

Replacement

Where applicable, replacement may be offered instead of a refund depending on product availability.

Final Decision

TimeLux India reserves the right to approve or reject claims after verification of submitted evidence.
